Mr. Sunil Kumar Roy has more than 15 years of experience in handling civil suits, injunction, recovery, specific performance, possession and title, transfer of property matters, labour cases, consumer disputes, motor accident claims, agreements, arbitration, wills/probate, general criminal cases, dishonour of cheques, matrimonial litigation, registration of properties and other legal entities viz. society, firm, trust etc.

​He has been appearing before Trial Courts, Delhi High Court, Supreme Court of India, Employees Provident Fund Appellate Tribunal (EPFAT), Debt Recovery Tribunal, Consumer Fora and Commissions, Registration Authorities & MRTP Commission, Labour Tribunal etc.
