Mr. Singh, B.Tech in computer science, is active in the patent prosecution for more the last four years. He is mainly involved in: analysis and drafting of patent specifications and their claims; replying to the office actions received for PCT national phase applications in India; conducting patents related searches namely FTO, prior art, patentability, invalidation/revocation etc.; rendering patenting related technical opinions to R&D professionals of client organizations; and assisting litigators in patent related legal disputes or enforcement actions. His core field of interest is IT & remote sensing; technologies relating to the software-computer interface; robotics; automation techniques; mechanical & automobile engineering; instrumentation techniques; green energy technology etc.
